Shipments

We have various shipping ways according to your order quantity and how soon you want it. There are 2 ways of shipping, usually we use postal parcels ( reasonable prices and average time ) and Courier services ( higher fees but faster delivery )

*** Usually orders are dispatched next day of receiving payments, for example if you place the order Monday we prepare and pack the order on Monday then send it Tuesday, but if your order was made on Thursday we prepare it then send it on Sunday because the Egyptian post is off Friday and Saturday.

*** Delivery time depends on flights and customs

Pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via your prefered carrier with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
